We are currently only using PayPal as a third party payment processor. This is to guarantee the safety of your transactions and information.

Our subscriptions can vary based on the type of subscription you sign up for. If you choose the WhelpStar Monthly Premium, then you will be billed once per month, using the day of the month you sign up on. If you choose the WhelpStar Annual Premium, you will be billed once per year on the same date of each year.

An initial payment is required on the day that you sign up, and then you will automatically be billed on the following month/year depending on the plan you choose. This is a recurring automatic subscription, and will not expire unless you decide to cancel your subscription yourself through the My Account screen in the WhelpStar app.

If you do decide to cancel your subscription, you will still have access to WhelpStar's features until the current cycle runs out. For example if you are the WhelpStar Monthly Premium plan, and you cancel halfway through your month, you will have access until your next billing date. Please keep in mind that if you cancel your subscription with only 1 day left, you may be billed again due to PayPal's processing times. If this happens to you, please contact us and we can sort it out for you.

We are always expanding our database. Please contact us and let us know so we can check it out and add it to our data.
Currently the only way to breed with someone else's male/female is to add it to your own males or females. Then you can use it as it was one of your own. We do plan on expanding this in the future, so stay tuned!

Absolutely nothing. We have no affiliates with any other company, licensers, registrars or otherwise. We respect that your information is private, and we strive to keep it that way. To make sure this is the case, your information is stored on our secure server and is accessible only by us. Our entire website is encrypted using a secure TLS certificate (the padlock in your browser), so you can be assured that your information is secure. Your password is also stored as an encrypted value, so no one but you will know what it is. We do have password restrictions in place so that you must provide a password that is not going to be guessed by anyone attempting to access your account. We will also never ask you for your password. You are more than welcome to go and take a look at our privacy policy and our terms and conditions documentation.
The email may take a few minutes to come through. If you do not see it within a few minutes, try checking your junk/spam folder. If it continues to be a problem, feel free to contact us. Try not to repeatedly request the email, as only the most recent request will be valid, and you may get mixed up if multiple emails come through.
All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). PayPal will automatically convert to your local currency for you when you sign up to a new plan.
